Eiffel 65: style for Suno V6

Eiffel 65 became one of the defining acts of the late-1990s Eurodance boom the moment 'Blue (Da Ba Dee)' took over the world in 1999. The Italian trio built their signature around a heavily vocoded, robotic lead vocal riding pumping four-on-the-floor beats, bright supersaw synths and instantly hummable, childlike hooks. Beneath the novelty of that inescapable 'da ba dee da ba die' chorus was slick, forward-thinking dance production from the Turin studio Bliss Corporation, mixing europop melody with a playful, sci-fi sheen. Follow-ups like 'Move Your Body' and 'Too Much of Heaven' kept the formula alive: euphoric, bouncy and unashamedly catchy club-pop built for maximum singalong. Their sound is retro-futuristic — cartoonish yet danceable, simple yet impossibly sticky — and it captured the turn-of-the-millennium fascination with technology and auto-tuned voices. Across Europe and the former Soviet bloc especially, Eiffel 65 became a nostalgic emblem of 90s dance-floor fun, their biggest hit familiar to almost everyone who lived through the era. Fronted by vocalist Jeffrey Jey with Maurizio Lobina and DJ Gabry Ponte, the trio sold millions worldwide off the back of 'Blue', earned a Grammy nomination and became shorthand for the whole late-90s Eurodance moment, their vocoder hook endlessly revived and remixed decades later.
