How we craft and test Suno prompts

Every style prompt in our catalog is hand-written and checked in real Suno generations — not auto-spun text. Here is exactly how we do it and the rules we have worked out in practice across hundreds of artists. We keep this page public on purpose: you can see what you are paying for, and apply the same principles to your own prompts.

What a prompt is made of

A prompt is a text description of a style for the Style field — never an artist’s name. We build it from five layers:

How we test

Writing the prompt is only half the job. Then comes the checking loop:

Who does this

The catalog is maintained by the SiliconSense editorial team — we work in Suno daily, test prompts and revise them on community feedback in Telegram and Discord. If a prompt sounds off to you, tell us and we’ll re-check and update it.
