Buerak: style for Suno V6

Buerak are the Novosibirsk duo who dug up Soviet new-wave and handed it back with a sly, sarcastic grin. Their sound is built on cheap-on-purpose lo-fi drum machines, springy new-wave bass that does most of the melodic work, and thin, jangly chorus-drenched guitar that shimmers in the upper register. Over the top sits deadpan, detached Russian vocal delivery — half-spoken, ironic, yet quietly sincere underneath the irony. The result is danceable and melancholic at once: garage-grade production, tape hiss and a constant 80s-revival pulse that begs for a moody dancefloor. They became a corner-stone of the modern Russian post-punk wave, defining its bittersweet, bedroom-recorded character. The style prompt captures that garage lo-fi shimmer, the detached vocal cool and the bouncing new-wave groove. Use it for ironic, danceable melancholy, retro-tinged indie scenes, or anything that wants charm without polish. Keep the mix slightly cheap and the vocal unbothered — that tension between sad and wry is the whole appeal.
