SiliconSense (siliconsense.club) operates an online catalog of style prompts for Suno AI and a Lab of AI-powered creative tools (Custom Artist, Vocal Anchor Studio, Style Genome, Audio→Prompt, Lyrics Doctor, Track Covers).
2. What data we collect
Email address — when you purchase access; used to deliver the access code and important account notifications.
Access codes & payment metadata — order ID, currency, amount, paid/refunded status. Stored to fulfill the purchase and let you recover your code.
Device fingerprint — a hash of your browser fingerprint, recorded the first time you activate an access code. Used to enforce the 3-device limit per code. The hash cannot be reversed to identify a person.
IP address — recorded with each request (server logs) and at code activation. Used for fraud prevention and rate limiting. Server logs are rotated and deleted within 30 days.
Generated prompts and Lab outputs — when you use Lab tools (Custom Artist, Lyrics Doctor, etc.), the inputs and outputs are stored for 90 days to let you retrieve past results and for service quality monitoring.
Cookies — see section 4.
3. How we use your data
To deliver the access code and provide the catalog/Lab services you paid for.
To send transactional emails (purchase receipts, code recovery).
To enforce the per-code device limit and prevent abuse.
To improve service quality and debug issues.
To comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your data, share it for marketing purposes, or send promotional emails unless you have explicitly opted in.
4. Cookies and tracking
We use the following cookies and third-party trackers:
Functional cookies — language preference (ssc_lang), session ID, CSRF token. Required for the site to function.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking (gtag.js, ID AW-18159986029) — fires on the post-purchase page (/thanks.php) so we can measure the effectiveness of our advertising. No personally identifiable information is sent to Google in this event; only a hashed transaction ID, amount, and currency. You can opt out of Google Ads personalisation at adssettings.google.com.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, TikTok Pixel, Yandex.Metrica, or other tracking pixels at this time. If we add any in the future, we will update this page.
5. Third-party services
Lava.top — processes all payments. When you pay, your card details are entered on Lava's secure form, never on our site. We receive only the order ID and the email you supplied. See lava.top/privacy.
Google Ads / Google Analytics — see section 4.
Telegram — our support bot @siliconsense_bot is hosted on Telegram. When you message it, Telegram processes the message in line with their privacy policy.
AI providers — Lab tools route your prompts to underlying AI services (currently Google AI and aimlapi.com). No personally identifiable information is sent to those services — only the creative input you supply.
6. Data retention
Access codes, emails, and payment metadata are retained for the lifetime of the access code (the code is perpetual — see Terms).
Lab outputs: 90 days.
Server logs: 30 days.
Email correspondence: until you ask us to delete it.
7. Your rights (GDPR / similar)
You have the right to:
Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction or deletion of your data.
Withdraw consent for non-essential processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
To exercise these rights, message @siliconsense_bot or reply to any of our emails. We respond within 14 days.
8. International transfers
Our servers are located outside the EU. By using the service, you consent to the transfer of your data to our hosting region.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
Terms of Service
1. The service
SiliconSense provides a catalog of ready-to-paste style prompts for Suno AI v5.5 ("the Catalog") and an AI-powered Lab with six creative tools ("the Lab"). Access is granted by purchasing an access code or an active subscription.
Payments are processed by lava.top. By paying, you also accept lava.top's terms.
The one-time catalog access is a lifetime license tied to the access code (subject to the device limit below).
Subscriptions renew automatically on the billing date. You can cancel any time from the Studio page or by messaging support.
3. License and device limit
Each access code is licensed for use by a single end user.
An access code may be activated on up to 3 devices. Additional activation attempts are denied. If you change devices, message support to reset the limit.
You may not resell, sublicense, or share access codes. Codes shared on torrent/piracy sites are revoked without refund.
The prompts and Lab outputs you generate are yours to use commercially in your music projects.
4. Suno terms apply separately
SiliconSense is an independent prompt catalog and is not affiliated with Suno AI. Your use of Suno (including tracks you generate there) is governed by Suno's own terms. We do not warrant that any given prompt will pass Suno's content filters or that any track you generate is free of third-party rights.
5. AI-generated content
Lab outputs are generated by AI on demand. We cannot guarantee identical outputs for repeated runs, perfect adherence to your inputs, or that outputs are free of style similarity to existing works.
Outputs are provided "as-is". You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any output complies with applicable copyright, trademark, and personality-rights laws in your jurisdiction.
We do not claim ownership of your prompts or Lab outputs.
6. Refund policy
Catalog access (one-time): refunds within 14 days of purchase if you have not activated the code. After activation, no refunds.
Subscriptions: the current billing period is not refunded. You may cancel future renewals at any time.
𝄞 (in-app notes): failed generations are refunded automatically. Successful generations are non-refundable.
Generate content that depicts minors in sexual contexts, real persons without consent, or content prohibited by law.
Use the service to create deepfakes, voice clones of real people, or harassing material.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Catalog or Lab.
Use the service in violation of applicable export controls or sanctions.
Violations result in immediate revocation of access codes and may be reported to authorities where required.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide no uptime SLA. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature, we will refund the unused portion of any active subscription on request.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiliconSense's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where SiliconSense's operator is established. Disputes that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the courts of that jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
